At Croydon Village School, each day flows in a warm, nurturing rhythm that honors children’s natural curiosity and supports growth through play-based experiences, meaningful interactions, and time in nature while developing caring relationships.
Preschool and kindergarten students will work together for portions of the day, fostering mentorship and collaboration where children model skills gain confidence through shared play. When focused on targeted learning, children break into smaller groups based on similar ability and maturity to ensure individualized support and appropriate challenges.
Throughout the day, all students participate in drama and music activities to support attention and creativity.
Preschool (8:00 – 11:30, Monday – Thursday)
Our half-day program engages children with both child-led and teacher-led learning.
