Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, The Croydon School District is committed to providing all educationally disabled children between the ages of three and twenty-one years who live within the district, with a free and appropriate public education. Eligible students who have left school prior to graduation have a right to return to receive special education services until graduation or twenty-one years. A disabled student, who does not qualify for services under the IDEA, may qualify for accommodations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
