  3. Non-Public per RSA 91-A:3, II (c)(k)
    1. Amanda motions to enter non-public per above RSA, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    2. Amanda motions to end non-public, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    3. Amanda motions to seal non-public for 10 years, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
  4. Updates & Discussion
    1. Transportation
      1. Looking for the contract from STA
      2. Will have a full roster of bus riders, hopefully this week
    2. Little Red Renovations & Safety Inspection
      1. Remaining safety items will be corrected by next week
      2. Beginning discussions on next phase of the construction
      3. Still working on removing the white building
      4. Will get a quote for gravel to be added around the pavement to bring it level
    3. After Care
      1. Our point of contact for the after school care has left. Have a new POC
      2. Awaiting the state license to have the after school program in the school.
