    1. Aaron called to order at 6:06 pm

  3. Changes to the Agenda
    1. Approve CVS Change Form

    3. Nomination of director of student services
  4. Public Forum #1 (15 Minutes)
    1. Has after school care been finalized with cost? Yes, announcement will be going up on the website. Is that staffed by us? No, it is staffed by them, they will have someone. Croydon students that attend Kearsarge can be dropped off via bus for no charge. If other people are interested and attend a different school, reach out to Sue.
  5. Quick Action Items
    1. Approval of Minutes – April 21 and May 7
      1. Amanda motions to approve both with noted amendments, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    2. CVS Change Form
      1. Amanda motions to drop grades 1, 2, 3 and 4 and add preschool beginning for the 26/27 school year. Samantha 2nd. All in favor
    3. Correspondence with Byrne Foundation and graduating Seniors
      1. Note will be sent to the Byrne Foundation with a drawing from the kids
      2. Graduating Seniors. Signed card, Dr Seuss book and a visa gift card
      3. Possibly requesting headshots and a little write up from the Seniors parents to add a page to the website
  6. Quick Updates
    1. Kindergarten Visitation Day
      1. Went well, parents stayed and chatted.
    2. EdOpt
      1. Jody reached out to Aaron, forwarded it to Sue. Jody is hosting one of her Ed Opt fairs and wanted to include public schools in the area.

    1. Tuition Agreements
      1. Amanda motions to approve the tuition agreement with Newport School District, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
      2. Sunapee – Going back to Sunapee with edits
    2. Tuition Policy
      1. Amanda motions to add Newport back to the Tuition Policy. Samantha 2nd. All in favor.
  8. Upcoming Meetings
    1. Regular Meeting – June 16, 6pm
    2. Regular Meeting – July 18, 6pm
