  1. Call to Order
    1. 5:32 by Aaron McKeon
  2. Roll Call
    1. Aaron McKeon, Amanda Leslie, Samantha Nelson, Beth Bierworth, Sue Blair
  3. Little Red After Care
    1. Cost covers full days Fridays, Kearsarge kids can be dropped off after school at no additional cost
  4. Byrne Foundation Update
    1. Received a check from Dorothy Byrne in the amount of $50,000 for the outdoor educational structure
    2. Amanda motioned to accept the donation, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    3. An announcement will be put onto the website
  5. Facilities Expansion
    1. Architectural Concept
      1. Draft has been drawn up.
      2. Amanda motions to approve and move forward with getting a cost estimate of the architectural renditions for our expansion, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    2. Lot Line Adjustment (Church and Planning Board)
      1. Now that we have plans drawn up, will need to discuss the adjustment with the Church. Will then need to go to the Planning board to approve the line adjustment and then Zoning Board to obtain a variance to not have the 35′ setback
        1. Aaron will be contacting Clayton to obtain a quote for the adjustment.
    3. Construction Manager
  6. Little Red Renovations
    1. Preconstruction Documents
      1. Aaron submitted the documents to LCHIP with everything they need for the first disbursement. Included each task covered by LCHIP, who is doing it, proof of insurance, means and methods, proof of the trade, etc
    2. Paving
      1. Selectboard is fine with us paving the lower section of Forehand Rd. May 26th, there will be a public hearing about the paving
      2. DOT Approved the paving permit
    3. Updated Scope and Schedule
      1. Bluebox is being delivered this coming week
    4. Big White Disposition
      1. Only needed through the end of July. Will look into selling the building at the end of summer school, pending the renovation is on schedule
