- Newport Tuition Agreement
- Discussions began in the fall with Newport. Requested to know what their terms would be for the contract by December. Received terms unlike any district, split student population based on special ed status (gen ed, regular special ed, self contained classroom). Croydon board went back to Newport and explained we could not agree to that contract. Follow up meeting was had between Sue and Newport Superintendent, under the impression that it was a non-issue, confirmed tuition rates were within our caps. Received communication in March with the same contract, no changes. We spoke with legal counsel and they advised to not accept the contract as written. Currently enrolled high school students can have individual contracts
- Individuals were urged to reach out to Newports school board to put pressure on them to change the contract.

- Amanda motions to accept tuition policy as amended, Samantha 2nd, all in favor

- STA – Needed to see list of addresses before they could provide routes.

- Aaron requested approval for flooring, received quote from LaValleys, includes all flooring, floor base/prep and installation. Amanda motions to accept contract with LaValleys for flooring, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
- To pave the lower portion of Forehand Rd in addition to the parking lot and exit from school, add’l $7500. Amanda motions to approve expanding scope of paving as discussed, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
- Mascoma Bank has approved the loan. Has been reviewed by the attorney. Amanda motions to go with a 10 year fixed rate, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
- Healthy Kids After Care
- Amanda motions to approve after school care contingent upon hours/rates being updated to reflect total hours. Samantha 2nd, all in favor
- Meal Service
- Meal service does not need to be provided
