  3. Public Forum #1
    1. Kathy – Winter Program has commenced. 13 kids are at the mountain and going really well. Question about the laws regarding photos/videos. Amanda advised law states you cannot take video or audio without parent permission, photos are different.
    2. Chandra – Question regarding out of pocket parent expense for Lebanon. Beth – Elementary and middle are upwards of $24,000. Parents would be responsible for the amount over our tuition rate.
    3. Kent – On radar to fulfill clerk duties at school meeting. Did a tour at Kearsarge and it went very well. How many hours have been spent observing the 3/4 classroom? Sue – I go in at least 3x a week and spend 15 minutes. Kent –  At the Kearsarge tour, it was found that she will not be ready for what is expected in 5th grade. Sue – That particular class has been through a lot of changes, we are working through the gaps.

    1. School Choice Survey
      1. Have received about 30 of 70 responses. Sue has followed up with current grades 5-11 parents.
    2. Website Updated for SY 26/27
      1. Updated with all preschool details, we are able to accept applications for enrollment.  Updated school choice section with what information we do have for the upcoming school year. Tuition rates for all schools has not yet been updated.
    3. PAGS Audit
      1. In a couple of weeks, they will be coming in-house to audit our files because we are a Tier 3 school. We have been given the list of student files they will be auditing. This audit happens every 6 years and includes the 6 years in between.

    1. SY 26/27 Budget
      1. Budget covers all tuition grades, 1-12 as well as running a PreK-K. Article 3 will go towards the match to the Jeanne Shaheen grant. Article 4, $180k goal in the tuition reserve. If all warrants voted in, $.50 decrease in tax rate
      2. A warrant is not needed to accept the Congressional Grant but it should be made clear in the presentation. Include that we would not be tuitioning students out to just bring them back if/when and addition is put on

    1. First Reading of Consolidated JEB/JEBA Policy
      1. Amanda moves policy JEB as amended, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
      2. Amanda moves to strike policy JEBA from district policy, Samantha 2nd, all in favor

    1. CVS Student Performance
      1. ELA – 70% below proficient. Math 50% below proficient. There is growth being made
  11. Public Forum #2
    1. Caroline – Concerns about the cost of preschool, does not seem in line with other area preschools.
