1. District Transition Project
   1. Status of LCHIP and USDA Funding
      1. LCHIP – Attended event in Concord
      2. USDA Funding – Application must be turned in within 30 days
         1. 25% of total must be district match.
         2. Amanda motions to move to authorize Sue Blair to complete Applications Narrative-Certification for the federal funding. Samantha 2nd, all in favor
   2. Croydon Village School for Early Learners – Program Overview and Discussion
      1. Preschool program slideshow in development to be published by end of year
   3. Discuss and Approve Educational Consultant
      1. Amanda motions to approve moving forward with Christine Burkholder as a consultant for prek/k development, not to exceed $5000. Samantha 2nd. All in favor
   4. Discuss and Approve Financing
      1. George Chait found a carpenter whom is also interested in job site supervising.
      2. Amanda moves to approve the issuing of carpentry, insulation, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and paving contracts. Samantha 2nd. All in favor
      3. Looking into a 10 year bond for the already approved funds from the March meeting. Amanda moves to authorize moving forward with the $224,500 bond, Sam seconded, all those in favor.
