  1. Call to Order: Kevin Morris, Board Chair – 1803 hrs. 
  2. Roll Call: Kevin Morris, Aaron McKeon, Amanda Leslie 
  3. Review and discuss District Bonds 
    1. Aaron McKeon presented prepared slides. 
  4. Public Input 
    1. Warrant Article 2 
      1. Jody Underwood – 
      2. Kent Randell – Would like to specify that it is a priority of the community to maintain the façade of the face of the building.
      3. Jim Morgan – Asked what the overage estimation built into the estimate is.
      4. Jim Peschke – Would rather break out the renovation of little red in smaller bites.
      5. Kent Randell – Disagrees with Jim, but invites someone with more experience in construction to comment for validation
      6. Laura Kenniston – ADA questions
      7. vii. Russ Edwards – How much consideration was given to replacing the white building?
      8. Dale Cunningham – Asking for clarification on what it means to approve both Articles 2 & 3
      9. Kris Carrelli – When would construction start? Suggest including information regarding why big white is no longer serviceable. What size student body is the cost savings based on?
    2. Warrant Article 3
      1. Jim Peschke – Disappointed that this is even being considered.
      2. Laura Kenniston – Cost per student difference in Croydon Village vs. tuitioned is higher due to?
      3. Jim Morgan – Architects put together this estimate? What model did they use? 2023, 2021…?
      4. Kent Randell – Have any K-4 students recently asked to be tuitioned out? Was there a recent poll asking whether current families’ 3rd graders want to stay at CVS next year? Croydon is outperforming the statistics. Tuition may be cheaper right now, but it may not always be.
      5. Jim Morgan – 15% contingencies built into the estimate total 200K+ with a financed total over 300K+. Reduce this to 7.5% to avoid excessive funding.
      6. Russ Edwards – What happens if these articles don’t pass?
      7. vii. Samantha Nelson – If the project is done under cost can we pay down the bond?
      8. viii. Kent Randell – Can we change the article before the town meeting based on Jim Morgan’s comments?
      9. Caroline Dupere – Can you make it clear that a no vote on these articles means reducing to little red only
      10. Amy Campbell – Can you post the slide show on the school website?
