  1. Call to Order
    1. Aaron call to order 6:03

  2. Public Forum #1 (15 minutes)
    1. Caroline Dupere – Parent request to not cross the street on Halloween. Wondering if it is a typo or if it truly is $200 a week for 4 half days of pre-k. Surrounding preschools charge much less. Aaron – we will look into again and have Beth dig in a bit more. What is happening with white building? Will use through the summer for summer school and storage and in the event that the project runs over
    2. Update on grants? LCHIP we are expecting an answer 11/11. Jeanne Shaheen grant, has been earmarked for Croydon and in congressional package. Needs to be approved by the US Congress. Taxpayers would have to match a certain percentage of the grant. Grant is 75% of project amount.

    1. What’s happening at CVS
      1. Emergency Operations Plan is submitted to the state for their review.
      2. Field trip to Winnipesauke Playhouse to see Winnie the Pooh, kids seemed to enjoy it. Large number of families attended open house. Library trips have begun. Now have access to Discovery Ed through a grant
      3. Working on Primex training with teachers.
      4. November 10, parent teacher conferences
      5. PAGS – Compliance review for special ed. Review will begin in January. They have provided the outline for all of their expectations.

    3. Sunapee tuition rates
      1. Tuition rate decreased, they are now lower than the Kearsarge rate

    1. Budget performance update – Beth Bierwirth
      1. Begun speaking with auditing firm.
      2. SAFE Grant has been announced by DOE. Croydon will put in for this grant when it opens
      3. A vote will need to be made to transfer funds from the Special Ed Trust Fund in the amount of $63,000
        1. Motion for the district to accept the transfer of $63,000 from Special Ed Trust Fund. Amanda moved, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
