- Call to Order at 6:00pm by Kevin Morris, Board Chair
- Roll Call – Kevin Morris, Aaron McKeon, Amanda Leslie
- Public Forum #1
- Changes or Additions to the Agenda
- Add discussion of third grade parent survey
- Add discussion of church lot line
- Approval of Minutes
- Amanda motioned to approve the minutes from November 19, Aaron seconded, passed 3-0
- Sue to post draft meeting minutes publicly moving forward (there was an issue with permissions on the website and it was only visible to her)

- Special Education
- Listened to presentation from Tara regarding the current state of special education in the district.
- Tara recommends adding a 1 full-time equivalent person that can handle case management, out of district service management, specialized education (perhaps ~40% of the role)
- Proposed Facilities Options
- The facilities models have been updated with new bond schedules

- Sue presented the new report card format for CVS
- Budget for 25/26 School Year
- Beth presented the first draft of the budget

- Information
- Third Grade Survey – all 3 families want to keep them here (5 were sent out but only 3 came back)
- Lot Line Adjustment – Amanda attended the November 24 Church Council meeting to open dialogue about lot line adjustments; would like to formalize the septic agreement if we’re also formalizing lot lines; they would like the district to cover any legal, survey costs, etc.
- Valley News – A reporter was asking about CVS and our potential plans for future facilities improvements, as well as about charitable donations; we expect to see an article within the next week or so
- Upcoming Events
- Polar Express – Thursday, December 19, 5:30pm (snow date: 12/20)
- Class Holiday Parties – Friday, December 20
- Winter Program Begins – Thursday, January 9
- Public Forum #2
- Kent – He was able to collect data needed for grant applications (Boston Foundation and Duke Foundation) he’d like to do; there is a slim chance of approval but he would like to submit a letter of interest
- Amanda made a motion to appoint Hope Damon to the Subcommittee for Grants should she wish to join; Aaron seconded; passed 3-0
