    1. Renovations to Little Red
      1. Paving being done Friday, small amount of electrical to be completed, insulation in crawlspace needs to be installed. Movers coming tomorrow to unload Blue Box and building the furniture. Open House scheduled for July 29
    2. Personnel
      1. Sue’s resignation was accepted at the beginning of the summer. The board worked quickly to determine how to keep moving forward
      2. Sheri Fortney was hired to assist with Special Ed. She has gone through the majority of IEP files and reached out to families
      3. Dale Laurens will handle administrative tasks needed at the local school level.
      4. Mary Beth Scanlon will be the building program coordinator for PreK/K
      5. Renee St Germain has been filling custodial position for the past 2 years, 2 hours a day. Contract has been extended to 12-5pm to assist teachers as well as complete janitorial duties
    3. Enrollments
      1. CVS – 2 PreK, 8 Kindergarten
      2. Kearsarge – 16 students currently enrolled grades 1-12. Contract signed
      3. Sunapee – 24 enrolled. Contract signed
      4. Newport – 11 enrolled, awaiting Newport Board to sign
      5. Claremont – 5 enrolled. Long term contract
      6. Mount Royal – 4 enrolled. Contract signed
      7. Montessori – 4 or 5 enrolled. Contract signed
      8. KUA – 2 enrolled, not yet signed
      9. Granite Hill – 2 enrolled. Year round school
      10. Lebanon – 1 enrolled, not yet signed
      11. Prisma – 1 enrolled
      12. Veritas – 2 enrolled
      13. Christian Claremont Academy – 3 enrolled. Contract signed

      1. Unity – Amanda motions to accept tuition contract, Samantha 2nd, all in favor. 2 enrollments.

      1. Amanda motions to accept Policy JFA as amended and the Residency Affidavit, JFA-F, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    3. Donation
        1. Tom Moore reached out to Amanda with a donation from a Dave Berggren, whom was home on leave from the Army and played a musical gig. He chose to donate the money received to Croydon in the amount of $70. Amanda motions to accept, Samantha 2nd, all in favor
    4. White building – Plumbing has been unhooked. Electrical and propane being unhooked soon. No secondary market for modular not on wheels. Possibility of fire department using it for training 1-2 times. Will not be able to dismantle or move the white building until 2-3 months after paving. Shawn will assist with writing a bid for demo
  8. Discussion Items
    1. Community Open House
      1. July 29th, 11am-2pm. 2 Corn hole boards, Fire Tanker and possibly side by side, dunk tank, Connect 4, apple tree donation from Kathan’s, face painting, Dessert Truck, grilling food (need a couple of grills). Possible historical talk about the school, slide show of the renovations and possibly old pictures.
    2. Bus Routes & Contract
      1. Still awaiting a contract from STA.
      2. Bus routes have been posted and need to run for the first 2 weeks of school before changes can be made. Route is posted on the school website. Parent concerns with safety with stops being only on Rt 10
        1. Stop at the fire department, bus can utilize the parking lot but the department is not liable for any slips and falls. Need to speak with the department about plowing to make sure lots is cleared
  9. Public forum #2
    1. Kathy – Are there anymore administrative positions that need to be filled? We are going to see how the year starts and then reevaluate to see if there are any gaps that need filling.
    2. Caroline – Do we not need a District Leader? Per RSA, just need to have someone fulfilling those duties.
    3. Shawn – Need to make sure we are no longer paying for alarm services in the white building as it is disconnected. How will safety of pickup be handled at CV? – Nothing is changing
